It is Saturday morning. Emma is in the park. She likes to play in the park on weekends. Today, she sees a small cat under a tree. The cat is orange and white. It looks sad and hungry.
Emma walks slowly to the cat. “Hello, little cat,” she says softly. The cat is afraid. Emma sits down on the grass. She waits quietly. After some minutes, the cat comes closer. Emma is happy.
The cat has a collar. Emma looks at the collar carefully. There is a name on it: “Fluffy.” There is also a phone number. Emma calls the number with her mother’s phone.
A woman answers. “Hello?” she says. Emma tells the woman about the cat. The woman is very happy! “That’s my cat! Thank you so much!” she says. “I live on Park Street, number 12.”
Fifteen minutes later, the woman arrives at the park. She sees Fluffy and smiles. “Fluffy!” she calls. The cat runs to her. The woman thanks Emma. “You are very kind,” she says. Emma feels proud and happy. She helped Fluffy go home.
